JTEN is named in honor my four sons: John, Thomas, Edward, and Nathaniel.

Throughout my career I've led and managed teams of all sizes. From small units in Iraq to teams of hundreds in corporate America. I have worked side-by-side with leaders across many industries, helping them better understand their customers, improve their sales and run their operations more effectively.

Originally from the Chicagoland area, I grew up in a working-class family where we were taught to be resilient, resourceful, and to always act with integrity. Small business owners were always looked up to – including my uncle who owned his own residential construction company.
The difference in working with JTEN is simple - I'm a well-financed, individual investor who has spent his entire career helping companies achieve their highest potential.

There are no separate investors that need to approve my deals or have a say in how the company is run. Instead, I have the freedom to focus solely on what's most important - focusing on the customers, creating a great, effective workplace for the team, and building up the communities where we operate.
